About us.

We are a British couple working and living in Cyprus . We benefit from our experience of living in Cyprus and this is where we can help YOU. Luckily we also had many friends within the local community in the Erimi, Episkopi and Kollosi areas, so we had a good idea of what was ahead of us during our move from UK, We were lucky most people who come out here do not have the contacts that we have.

We decided to settle initially in Erimi which is in-between Kolossi and Episkopi villages only  a six minute drive from Limassol on the Highway, so we had the pleasure of village life and the convenience of being a short distance from a major town and resort. We have resettled near Larnaca but retained our friends and contacts in Erimi.

Finding and buying a house was at first confusing as the estate agents here are too numerous and are prone to telling you the things you want to hear but not the things that you need to know.

We eventually drew on our local Cypriot contacts who put us in touch with some local builders, the prices were far cheaper than going through the normal channels, we saved thousands and ended up in on of the most desirable parts of Cyprus.

We used our contacts to find local Builders and British Builders, Solicitors, Financial Advisers, Car Sales (British and local) and all sorts of handy contacts needed to help you settle in Cyprus. If you take a leaf out of our book you will save money and time.
